On the main level, the GREAT ROOM has large windows that frame the beautiful views. Plush armchairs and an inviting sofa surround the warm fireplace and large HDTV. With an open design and doors leading outside to the terrace, this is the perfect spot for entertaining, socializing, or just relaxing with a glass of wine and a great movie. Next to the living area is a formal DINING SPACE with a table that seats six and amazing mountain views.

The chef-inspired open KITCHEN is bathed in chic neutral tones and outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances and extras. In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a luxe king-size bed is surrounded by large sunny windows with stunning views and glass doors leading outside to the terrace. Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
