Tucked into the picturesque Retreat at Jordanelle community, this beautiful four-bedroom home features a bright, open layout and a welcoming interior design. Close enough to all the attractions to be super-convenient, yet far enough away to offer plenty of peace and quiet too, Retreat at Jordanelle 1119 checks all the boxes for providing a picture-perfect home-away-from-home in Park City.

On the main level, the GREAT ROOM certainly lives up to its name. Soaring vaulted ceilings and gleaming hardwood floors create an open and airy environment, and cream-colored walls reflect the bright, natural light that flows inside. Pour yourself a glass of wine and relax on the overstuffed sofa or super-comfy recliner, both facing the cozy stone fireplace and large HDTV. It’s the ideal spot to kick back after a day of outdoor adventures.

The spectacular KITCHEN is wide open to the living and DINING ROOM, which allows for effortless conversation and socializing. Natural wood cabinets and pristine granite countertops surround the convenient island and full suite of premier appliances— including a dishwasher, microwave, spacious refrigerator, and a gas range. There’s also a drip coffee maker and a Keurig for brewing the morning coffee for your crew, and the farmhouse-style dining table has seating for eight, with three more bar stools on the island.

In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a luxurious king-size bed sits within a gleaming wood frame and faces the wall-mounted HDTV. An ENSUITE BATHROOM features a double marble vanity sink and a large, step-in shower with two shower heads.

The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM houses a comfy queen-size bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM is a flexible bunk room with a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed and a separate twin-size bed. On the lower level, the FOURTH GUEST BEDROOM includes a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed and a queen-size bed with an attached FULL BATHROOM.

A luxury, self-inflatable Queen air bed is available which is super convenient for additional guests. There are multiple places throughout this spacious home to add this sleeping.

Back on the main level, a sliding glass door leads out to the sun-kissed back PATIO. In the warmer months, this is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail while the burgers cook on the grill. In the winter months, the relaxing private hot tub is ideal for soaking in after a long day on the ski slopes.

The entire home has reliable Wi-Fi, heat and central AC.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Cozy Airbnb Perfect for Ski Trips to Park City and Deer Valley

This was an excellent Airbnb to rent out for a ski trip to Park City or Deer Valley. The location is really close to the resort and the town of Park City itself (appx 15 min drive (driving carefully during winter weather conditions)).
One aspect that we did not realize was the difficulty to order delivery food or get a ride share from the Airbnb itself. We weren't able to get an Uber/Lyft to town because the arrival time kept getting delayed until we couldn't accept any delays or else missing our reservations (so we drove ourselves). We also tried to get pizza delivery but Dominos in town wasn't able to deliver to the Airbnb's location. Just something to be aware about. I would recommend shopping for some groceries prior to arriving.

For future reference, consider using the nearby Richardsons Flats Park and Ride or the High Valley Transit, which offers free rides similar to Uber or Lyft. We also appreciate your suggestion about grocery shopping prior to arrival, and will pass this on to future guests.

Tranquil Weekend Getaway Just Outside Park City

We loved being just outside of Park City where it was quiet and low key, for a weekend away as a family before my son leaves on a mission for two years. The coolest part was a huge Moose just outside the backyard eating. Mind blowing! There was plenty of room for all of us.
I also appreciated the quick responses from the property manager!

A Serene Retreat in the Hills near Park City

Beautiful home nestled in the hills near Park City. Large open living space with a huge table for gathering. Nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful hot tub on the back porch, with a community pool just down the street. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean.

Spacious Retreat with Secluded Hot Tub

Our stay was great! We had plenty of space to relax. The hot tub was clean and felt nicely secluded behind the house. The instructions were very clear for check in and the place was clean and comfortable. Moose Management was very quick with their responses during our stay. Its a short ~12min drive to Park City Mountains Village where there is lots of good food and activities for shredders and non-shredder. Very convenient space overall. I would definitely stay again!

Luxurious Retreat Surrounded by Nature: A Perfect Getaway for Families

This home was brand new. It exceeded our expectations. We felt like we were living in luxury. This home was more than adequate for a large group. It had all the amenities we needed to make us feel at home. The kids played in the snow and on their sleds in the open fields and playground in the neighborhood. The home is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were pleasant and nice. This home has a hiking trail behind it that leads to the lake. We liked being surrounded by all of the wildlife. Moose management was responsive from the time we first booked to the time we checked out. We can’t wait to visit this home again!
