Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway less than 10 minutes from the resorts, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a charming community with luxurious vacation spots. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is Perfect for a Getaway any time of Year! With 4 bedrooms (2 Masters), 4.5 baths, and over 3100 square feet, it sleeps 14 people perfectly.

The main level of this gorgeous residence has a sizeable living room with plenty of open gathering space and grand vaulted ceilings. Plenty of seating wraps around the cozy gas fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including a large range stove), granite countertops, and wood backsplashes. A toaster, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, cookie sheets, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans provide everything you’ll need for a home-cooked meal. There’s also a 49” 4K Smart TV in the kitchen area. A desk area with internet hook-up is a great spot to work or plan Park City activities.

By the kitchen, you’ll find a dining area with seating for eight at the table and five at the countertop. Large windows next to the table provide incredible views of the mountains and Park City area. There’s patio access with a private outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing, a natural gas BBQ grill, and outdoor seating.

Additionally, there’s a laundry room with an HE High-Capacity washer and dryer, a ½ bath, a mud room with cubbies/hooks/spots for boots, and storage lockers.

The large Master suite is also located on the main floor. It features a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, 49” 4K Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower.

Downstairs, a spacious great room/bedroom has plenty of space to relax, a 65” 4K Smart TV with an Xbox One (also BluRay player), Sonos wireless speakers, a Queen airbed, an en suite full bathroom (with tub/shower combination) and a gaming/poker table. Plenty of cards and board games are also provided.

Upstairs, you’ll find a loft and the other three bedrooms. The second master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has two Twin-over-Twin bunkbeds (sleeping for four) and the fourth bedroom has one set of Queen-over-Queen bunkbeds. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The entire home features free Wifi, cable/satellite TV, and full central air-conditioning and heat.

This home includes garage parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

In the garage there are ski/snowboard racks, and plenty of space for coats, boots, and other equipment storage.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.

Great Vacation

When we arrived at the rental it was clean and ready for us. Cleanliness in the days of Covid is a must so we were happy we didn’t have to worry about that. The condo itself is beautiful. We loved the decor. The kitchen is great. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We were only four people but the unit could easily sleep 12. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to ski in the Park City area as it was a short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. Oh and lastly - we all enjoyed the hot tub on the rear deck!

Christmas in Park City (with no Christmas tree)

Lovely place! Great location. We drove everywhere and it was easy to get home from all resorts. Enjoyed the hot tub immensely! Great kitchen, plenty of utensils, very big with lots of beds, space. Sofas need replacing. Sagging. We never used the den downstairs as we were gone most of the time. Oven light was burned out as were 4 or 5 ceiling bulbs. Too high to replace. Owner told me no Christmas tree there ( but there WAS one and ornaments) found on the 27th when looking for light bulbs. So disappointed that we COULD HAVE USED THAT VERY SMALL TREE to enjoy Christmas!!! Was told I’d be charged $250 if I left a tree and $50 if we left Christmas decor. We’d planned to buy a small tree with lights but could not take it back on the plane with us..... so we had NO TREE for Christmas!!! Other than that, I do recommend the Retreat at Jordanelle but don’t plan on decorating for Christmas! ( Hot tub does NOT have a lock though you are told it must be locked or fined by the county.)
